Culture of research, experimentation and function of use. In July 2012 Riccardo tidied up his grandfather Vitale's mechanical workshop, a meeting point for the paninari of the 80s and 90s, who whizzed by on their scooters among boots and bulky down jackets.

Initially he was greatly influenced by his passion for football but the invisible line that brought him to fashion was drawn and over the years he transformed the "cube" of via Michelangelo Buonarroti into an open space that feeds on travel, evenings, good friends and a lot of work.

Riccardo loves to insert unique and non-trivial pieces that are the result of constant research among fairs, showrooms, markets, events and clubs around the world. The desire before selling clothes is to create a place that never existed that adapts to your needs before your desires.

Fashion is often raw and honest like your best friend with a hangover, sincere enough to throw fears and weaknesses in your face and still love you to the core. It seems terrible but we like it, it pushes us to give our best to overcome our high or low limits.

From all this "Blog don't Lie" was born.

Even the name is influenced by the boss's passion for sport, damn sport. "BALL DONT LIE" the iconic Rasheed loved to say at Madison Square Garden in New York when he thought he had suffered an injustice. Literally it would be "you get what you deserve".

Merit, in fact, is a key value to be in fashion in our own way and face life. Blog don't Lie has slowly become one of the most appreciated clothing retailers both in retail and online. We were born and raised together with the tastes of our customers. The commitment is to want to keep the iconic and influential looks alive.

The will is to mix and contaminate the various styles by loving fashion, casual style and the outdoor world.

Here at Blog don't Lie we are constantly looking at ways to improve our communication and have recently extended our opening hours to deal with more requests than ever before. For any queries please visit the Contact Us page at the bottom of our website or direct these to sales@blogdontlie.eu. You can also contact us at +39.0303454483 if you would prefer to talk to a member of our dedicated team with lines open from 09:30 – 12:00 and 15:30 - 19.30. We aim to respond to email requests within 2 hours of being sent however please note that this can take slightly longer if sent after 22:00 (Monday to Friday) and 18:00 (Saturday to Sunday).

 

ORDER BY 1PM - SAME DAY DISPATCH

ITALY  DELIVERY

In Italy, shipping is free for orders over 50€

Orders received before 1pm Monday to Friday will generally be shipped the same day with a 48 hour dispatch period and will be delivered in an estimated 3-5 working days. Orders received at the weekends will usually be shipped on a Monday with the exception of a Bank Holiday weekend when Tuesday dispatch will apply.

If this is not possible for example an error has taken place when you have tried to pay, or an item is out of stock, you will be notified via email or a phone call.

 

EUROPE & WORLDWIDE DELIVERY

We currently ship items to a variety of countries within the EU at a rate of Euro 20, in Swiss at a rate of Euro 35, in UK at a rate of Euro 35 and the rest of the world at a rate of Euro 55. With countries outside of the EU parcels will usually be delivered within 7-10 working days, but on the odd occasion parcels can be held in customs and this can cause some delays.  We are not responsible for any imports charges that may be payable by the recipient of the parcel, unfortunately we have no control over these charges. Please note that there may me additional charges on large Worldwide orders which can be seen at the checkout stage.

All orders placed before 13.00 (GMT) will be dispatched the same day with orders placed after this being dispatched the following day. All orders are fully tracked with DHL or UPS Contactless on Demand delivery.

When will you be charged?

Your card will be debited as soon as you place the order. Should for any reason we are unable to supply any item we will first call to see whether or not you would like an alternative or offer a full refund to your debit/credit card.

Delivery Address

Your delivery address must be the same as on the credit card statement for the first order. Once this address is verified an alternative delivery address may be added i.e. place of work.

It is possible to buy online on our site and collect the purchase in the store by choosing the appropriate option in the cart. We invite the customer to come to the shop after 24 hours from the order placed and with a valid identity document of the person who placed the order.

REFUND

- You can return or exchange your products within 14 days after the delivery, obviously in their original condition with all tags attached and in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. We won't be able to accept any returns where postage labels, stamps or similar have been applied directly to the product packaging.
- You must contact us for authorisation before returning any items sending an email to sales@blogdontlie.eu
- The return/exchange costs are covered by the customers who have to provide the tracking number and the name of the shipping service you used with link to track the parcel, within 14 days after approval of your return request.
- Returned items that have been subject to a free shipping offer will have our delivery cost deducted from the amount refunded.
- All refunds exclude postage costs, as agreed in our terms, unless a mistake has been made by us. We can only refund to the card/payment method used for purchase.
 - If any stuff will be refused due to customs charges higher than expected, we'll have to deduct from your refund any costs we incur.
