Collection: Lyle and Scott

Founded in the small town of Hawick, Scotland, in 1874 by William Lyle and Walter Scott, the brand experienced rapid growth in the 1960s, when its golf collection was worn by the era's great golfers, including Gary Player, Greg Norman, and Tony Jacklin. In 1975, the Duke of Edinburgh awarded William Lyle and Walter Scott the Royal Warrant of Appointment, an honor bestowed by the British Royal Family on commercial activities that provide goods or services to the English Crown. In the 1980s, the brand became a point of reference for various movements and subcultures, including Skinheads, Casuals, and Mod-79 (also known as Mod Revival). In 2003, the company, which was targeting a forty-year-old age group, decided to move towards broader commercial policies, thus embracing a wider and less niche audience that caters to the fashion of the new generations, with the launch of the iconic “Vintage” collection.
